Sam has lived in the Grove Park Road area of Chiswick for nearly forty years. He is a long serving governor of the Chiswick Primary School that both his children attended. He was a local ward councillor for 14 years until retiring in 2022. As the trustee of a defined benefit pension scheme he keeps up to date with financial developments. His work has taken him to North America, Europe, several African countries and the far east.
