Mark is a barrister and journalist, and edits the main legal textbook on the law of property management. Mark was a borough councillor between 1994 and 2022, and a leading member of the ground-breaking Conservative Council administration in Hammersmith and Fulham from 2006-14. A borough resident for over 30 years, he lives in Ravenscourt Park.
